We want to help make your stay at Hamburg Fair as agreeable as possible. This section gives you information on the services available from the Press Department.

You can get accreditation for  HansePferd Hamburg at the Press Counters Foyer South (Karolinenstraße) or Foyer East (Bei den Kirchhöfen) during the event itself or, better still, use our online accreditation service.

The Press Centre (South Entrance, Karolinenstr.) has PC workplaces and telephones available for your use. Product information from exhibitors is also displayed there. You can also make use of our photo service – ask at the Press Counter for further information.

Lockers are available for your personal effects. They can be locked on insertion of a one-euro piece, which is returnable on opening; however please note that HMC undertakes no liability for such effects and that no insurance cover is provided.

If you come by car, you can drive into the underground garage of CCH - Congress Center Hamburg, close to the Fair site. You will receive an exit pass after accreditation at the Press Center.
